For your information below are general guidelines for purchase and lease at Orchid Grove:

Important: Orchid Grove HOA or CDD is not a party to any real estate transaction. 

Purchase: When purchasing a home at Orchid Grove, please make sure both the sellers and buyers agents (all parties) understand the process to obtain both  HOA Puchase Approval and submit an Estoppel request. Please make sure to review Florda Statue 720 Purchase Disclosure requirements.  Give yourself plenty of time to complete these activities to align with your closing.  The HOA is not responsible to ensure these steps are complete.

Lease: The HOA/CDD office is not a party to any purchase/lease transactions/activities. Property owners including LLCs which lease their units are responsible for all leasing activities and responsible to ensure their tenants are updated with relevant community information such as; rules and policies etc. Tenants must be approved by the HOA Board prior to occupying a home.  Pleaes click here for more information on obtaining HOA Lease Approval.
